MacSweens Clansman Traditional Haggis

MacSweens Clansman Haggis is the perfect size haggis for a small dinner or whisky tasting. The Clansman haggis is provided in a traditional natural skin. The haggis is pre-cooked and requires only to be heated.

- If frozen, defrost frozen haggis in the refrigerator at least 1 day beforehand.- Haggis is pre.cooked and seasoned, it only needs to be heated.- Remove the haggis from the plastic packaging without damaging the natural casing.- Wrap the haggis in aluminium foil and place in a water bath (baking pan) so that about a quarter of the haggis is in the water.- Heat the haggis in the oven at approx. 170 degrees for approx. 2.5 hours.Traditionally best served with mashed potatoes and turnips.
