Order Information - within Germany

Haggis Pre-orders:
Due to our limited storage capacity, unfortunately, we are unable to reserve Haggis for our customers. We always strive for efficient stock management to ensure a broad availability of our products but cannot accept specific reservations.

Order with Desired Delivery Date:
We do not offer deliveries on a specified date. Upon receipt of your order, the Haggis is shipped from Monday to Wednesday. This ensures that your order arrives within the same week to guarantee the freshness of our Haggis. We ask for your understanding that deliveries are made on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Information:
During the month of January, the volume of Haggis orders increases exponentially due to the time of year (Burns Supper). While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee immediate dispatch upon receipt of your order. Although our terms and conditions state 1-2 days for delivery, it may sometimes take up to a week or longer. Orders placed at the beginning of January might take 1-2 weeks for delivery due to the high volume. We will always strive to deliver your Haggis in time for Burns Night. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we manage this seasonal surge.

Shipping Days for MacSween Haggis:
We ship MacSween Haggis from Monday to Wednesday using DHL as the standard shipping method. To guarantee delivery on Friday, the order must be placed with express shipping and is then dispatched exclusively on Thursday.

Condition and Storage of Haggis:
MacSween Haggis is shipped frozen. Depending on the season and shipping duration, the Haggis may arrive partially thawed but should still be cool. We recommend placing the Haggis in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt, storing it at approximately 4 to 7 degrees Celsius, and consuming it within 5 days or refreezing it after receipt. When frozen, Haggis remains consumable for at least 6 months. Please also check the best before date on the packaging.

A: Since Brexit, importing has become both complicated and expensive. For this reason, we have had to keep our range to a minimum. We only offer the packaging sizes that you see in our online shop, and we do not have any other packaging sizes available.
