The Redpipe Classic is a non-blown battery operated electronic bagpipe. You can use earphones or connect it to a sound system (see technical specifications). The bagpipe sound produced is very realistic, just like the real thing.
Sound is produced by applying pressure to the bag under your arm, just like the original thing. Optimised sensors provide for authentic chanter fingering. The Redpipe’s pneumatic control system provides for an unprecedented overall effect.
