For the vegetarians and vegans who really want to know how their National Dish is adapted, Stahly Vegetarian Haggis is a blend of oatmeal, mixed vegetables and spices.

Stahly Vegetarian Haggis is in line with the Stahly’s haggis range, it comes in a synthetic skin inside the tin. So you need never feel left out again at a Burns Supper. It can, of course, also be used as a substitute for traditional haggis in any recipe.

Cooking Instruction:

Haggis is pre-cooked and requires heating only.
Option 1 (pan): place in a pan of hot water and simmer for 35 minutes. DO NOT BOIL. After heating care should be taken when piercing skin.
Option 2 (oven): remove from can and remove skin. Wrap in foil and heat in oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
