MacSweens Traditional Haggis, Catering Pack in an artifical skin.

The MacSweens Catering Pack is the most economical solution for feeding the many at a Burns supper or whisky tasting. The Catering Pack contains the same haggis as in the other MacSweens tarditional haggis products; the only difference is that the Catering Pack Haggis is provided in a very practicle artifical casing. The haggis is pre-cooked and requires only to be heated.

- If frozen, defrost frozen haggis in the refrigerator at least 1 day beforehand.- Haggis is pre.cooked and seasoned, it only needs to be heated.- Leave the haggis in the artificial casing.- Wrap the haggis in aluminium foil and place in a water bath (baking pan) so that about a quarter of the haggis is in the water.- Heat the haggis in the in at approx. 170 degrees for approx. 2 hours.Traditionally best served with mashed potatoes and turnips.
