The Caledonia belongs to the mouthblown Redpipe range. Equipped with a synthetic bag used for regular highland bagpipes, the pipe not only looks authentic, it feels and it plays like the real thing. The Redpipe Caledonia is fitted with an adjustable air valve, enabling the player to set the air flow as requested.
Sound is produced by applying pressure to the bag under your arm, just like the real thing. Optimised sensors provide for authentic chanter fingering.
