100 % Cotton. Durable crease-resist heavyweight material (510g per metre).
We use this material to make our Delux Bagpipe Covers and Highland Dancing Waistcoats. It is not to be compared with the usual thin velvet material you may be accustomed to. We assure you this is fantastic quality velvet material.
