Fred Morrison Uilleann Practice Set
The Fred Morrison Uilleann Practice Set is the perfect starting point for anyone learning the uilleann pipes. It’s designed for ease of play and is fully upgradable to a half or full set, offering flexibility as you progress.
Our practice sets come equipped with a rim stock and adaptor (see pictures), allowing drones to be easily added later to create a half set. The chanter windway can be customized with or without a stop key. The stop key is particularly useful if you plan to upgrade to a half set.

We offer Fred Morrison Uilleann Bagpipes with a standard-sized waist belt, ranging from 34 inches to 46 inches. If needed, the belt can be easily adjusted to a smaller size by adding extra holes. For those who require a larger belt, we can provide one that accommodates waist sizes from 52 inches to 64 inches, and this too can be resized by adding extra holes. Additionally, the larger belt can be trimmed down to create custom sizes to suit your preference.
Furthermore, our standard stock includes Uilleann Bagpipes with a green cover. However, if you desire a different color for the cover, we can accommodate your request. Simply let us know your preferred color, and we'll do our best to provide you with the option you desire.
