The MacRae Pipe Chanter, made by McCallum Bagpipes and designed with master piper Stuart Liddell, MBE, has been refined over an extended development period. Stuart has played it in solo performance for the last couple of years, guiding final adjustments to achieve the exact response and feel he wanted.
